Our Vision
As our name suggests, we create different "SPACES," each focusing on distinct but complementary aspects with the aim of educating, developing, enhancing, and maintaining the positive aspects of culture, values, and spirit that dance brings.

UC.Spaces was founded with the desire to become a place to gather, connect, and contribute to building a solid foundation for the development of the dancer community in Vietnam.
In today's era, dancing has gradually gained wider acceptance and recognition as an activity that plays a positive role in improving people's physical, mental, and cultural well-being. However, in reality, in Vietnam, alongside positive changes in societal perceptions of dancing, there are still many difficulties, shortcomings, and disadvantages faced by the "dancing profession" and by dancers. These difficulties stem from both objective causes: a lack of facilities, insufficient learning opportunities, a lack of supporting professions and venues, societal judgments and prejudices, etc., and subjective causes: most dancers are self-taught, lack direction and goals, their health and physical fitness are not adequately prepared for the profession, and some social ills still exist in the community, etc.
Originating from a shared passion for dance, participating in the same community, and getting to know many talented and genuine dancers, we recognized these issues and aspired to contribute our small part to developing the dance community in Vietnam to be more professional and vibrant. Therefore, we nurtured the idea and officially established UC.Spaces in 2019.
